1 cup fresh Italian parsley, packed
½ cup extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup fresh cilantro, packed
2 garlic cloves, peeled
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in high powered blender or food processor.
Transfer to a bowl.
This can be made 2 hours ahead - cover and let stand at room temperature.
