1 1/2 c.butter-flavored Crisco
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. applesauce
4 eggs well beaten
2 3/4 c flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp vanilla
Oatmeal & chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco with sugars and applesauce.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour, soda, salt, and vanilla.
Mix well; add 5-6 cups oatmeal and bag of choc. chips
Bake at 350 degrees 8-12 minutes.
yield about 8 doz.
