Bottom:
2 c flour
2/3 c soft butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 c white sugar

Top Mix:
2 c brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c soft butter
1 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
handful of raisins, and walnuts
2 tbsp maple flavouring

Bottom:
Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add butter and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly with your hands. Press down into buttered 9x13 pan.Spread favourite jam over bottom layer. Bake 10 mins. Cool.

Top:
Spread mix over jam base and bake at 350º for 30 mins, or until cake top is done. When cooked, spread with maple icing.
