3/4 c butter
2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 c sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter and brown sugar 2 mins, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue cooking- bring to boil. Cool until lukewarm. Stir in vanilla. Gradually add sifted sugar beating vigorously until mixture is a fudge- like consistency (2 mins).
Stir in nuts. pour into a 8x8x2 buttered pan.
