1 large can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 large jar maraschino cherries (drained)
2 cans chunk pineapple (do NOT drain)
1 can crushed pineapple (do NOT drain)
2 sliced bananas
1 - 10 oz. can concentrated frozen orange juice (thawed)
2 C. boiling water
¾ - 1 C. white sugar

1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water
2. Stir in the orange juice until well mixed
3. Gently add the fruit (except the bananas) and stir until all evenly distributed
4. Fold in the sliced bananas - mix well.
5. Gently pour all into a shallow bowl or pan - freeze.

I'm not sure if this yumminess is a salad or a dessert! In any case, it is sooo good! It is very refreshing and every bite is a burst of delicious flavor! Thanks, Lori; this is a good one!
