Crust:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 large egg
1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling:
1 can (30 oz.) prepared pumpkin pie filling
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten






Topping:
2/3 cup reserved crust mixture
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter and egg until crumbly. Set aside 2/3 cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine the pie filling, eggs and milk; pour over crust. Combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and reserved crust mixture; sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350ºF for 45 to 50 minutes until top is golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
