Notes: This is one of our favorite recipes because it is so easy to make and so yummy! It was one of the first recipes I cooked for Sean when we were dating. He was so impressed and didn't realize how easy it was for me to prepare. I usually serve with a side of asparagus topped with bread crumbs because you can bake it in the oven at the same time during the last 15 minutes of bake time. Just put the asparagus in a smaller glass pan, drizzle with olive oil, & sprinkle with bread crumbs. Perfect for a work-night meal.
