1 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas - mashed
tsp salt
⅔ cup oil
2 eggs
cup crushed pineapple - juice included

Blend oil, sugar and eggs.
Add banana and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Add pinepple and juice.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
