3 Pounds Ground Beef
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Large Mango (Green Pepper), diced
1 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Large Onion; chopped (or 1 Tbsp Dry Onion)
2 Cups Tomato Sauce, separated
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat Oven to 350

-Mix all ingredients except 1/2 of the sauce.
-Shape into 2 loaves.
-Put in pans or on cookie sheet.
-Cover with remaining sauce.

-Bake for 50 minutes.

----I prefer to bake my meatloaf on a broiler pan so the grease drains through.

I found this recipe in with my grandmother's recipes. It has to be my Aunt Bessies. She was married to my Uncle Teddy.
It turns out they used to call green peppers "mango".
