1 (15oz) can Black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup Cilantro, fresh
2 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Red onion
1 Egg white, large
½ cup Breadcrumbs, whole wheat
½ cup shredded Pepper-jack cheese
1 tsp. Chili powder*
⅛ tsp. Pepper*
¼ tsp. Salt*

1 Cooking spray or coconut oil, nonstick
*Instead of spices listed above use Dinosaur BBQ Foreplay seasoning to taste

Guacamole:
2 Large, ripe avocados
1-2 cloves garlic
Juice from 1 whole fresh squeezed lemon
Cayenne Pepper, sprinkled to taste
¼ cup fresh cilantro

Optional: chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and/or onion

Burgers:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processed and pulse until mixed evenly, texture should resemble that of a burger.
2. Form 4 burger patties and set aside.
2. Heat pan on the stove and spray with cooking spray or coconut oil to avoid burgers sticking.
3. Cook burgers 3-4 mins each side or until outside is browned and crisp.

Guacamole:
1. Combine all ingredients (except optional ones) into food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Stir in optional ingredients if desired.
3. Top cooked burgers with guacamole.
