50 Split Chicken Wings
¼ cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce
½ cup honey
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon finely diced ginger
½ teaspoon chili flakes
⅓ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse wings under cold water, drain and dab with paper towels until completely dry.
3. Toss wings with flour, salt and pepper. Remove any excess flour and toss with olive oil.
4. Place on a pan lined with parchment (you may need 2 pans) and bake 40 minutes turning at 20 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
6. Take wings from oven, toss with sauce and return to the oven for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
