1 medium green pepper (chopped)
¾ cup finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp butter
1 bottle (24 or 32 oz.) prepared Bloody Mary mix
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce with tomato pieces
1 Tbsp instant chicken flavored bouillon
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen okra
1 can (12½ oz.) Chicken of the Sea brand salmon, drained and bones removed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add Bloody Mary mix, tomato sauce, bouillon, and parsley. Bring to a boil. Stir in okra and bring to boil again. Fold in the salmon. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. To serve, place rice in center of bowl and spoon gumbo around rice. Makes 8 (one cup) servings.
