3 Eggs (save 1 egg white)
4 cups flour (divided)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
⅔ cup beehive corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Reserve the white of one egg for glazing.
Combine 2 cups of flour with baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl beat the peanut butter, eggs, butter, sugar and corn syrup until very smooth.
Blend in flour mixture.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1½ hours.
Lightly beat egg white with fork.
Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
Brush with egg white and decorate with sprinkles and white sugar.
