1 Chicken
4 Cups of Broth
1/2 Cup of Rice
4 Cups Milk
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken and remove chicken from the bone and add to the broth. Add 1/4 Cup of Flour to broth with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper, stir in enough milk to make a thick paste. Add rice along with 3-1/2 Cups of Milk, cook and sitr until thickened.
