For Streusel
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Chopped Apples
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1/4 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Butter, melted

For Cake
2 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon baking Powder
1 teaspoon baking Soda
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 Cup Orange Juice

For Glaze
1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon Orange Juice

Preheat Oven to 350
Grease tube pan.

Making Streusel
-In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
-Mix in melted butter. Should be crumbled.

Cake Mix
-In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder & baking soda; mix well. Set aside.
-In large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat butter and sugar until Fluffy.
-Add eggs one at a time; beating after each.
-Add vanilla.
-Turn mixer down to low; add flour mixture and juice.

-Spoon half of cake batter in Greased pan. Sprinkle with half of streusel. Spoon remaining batter.

-Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven; Sprinkle with remaining streusel and return to oven.
-Bake for 30-35 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

-Cool on wire rack.
-Invert on plate so streusel is on top.

Making Glaze
-Mix powder sugar and juice. Mix well.
-Drizzle glaze over cake.
