½ up brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ cup butter
1 egg
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup peanut butter
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until smooth then add in sugars gradually then beat again until smooth.
In a separate bowl beat the egg, salt, baking soda, peanut butter, flour and vanilla.
Add to butter and sugar mixture slowly and mix well.
Roll into small balls.
Press with a fork and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes.
