750 g ground pork
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry parsley
5 -6 eggs
7 - 8 cloves garlic (minced)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients with hands

Cover and refrigerate for about one hour.

Form meat mixture into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and add to slow boiling tomato sauce

Or if not using sauce, preheat an oven to 425 degrees F

Bake in the preheated oven until browned and cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
