I can chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups minute rice

Directions:

Bring chicken broth, water and salsa to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
