Large Batch:
1/3 c. butter, softened = (5 1/3 tbsp.)
3 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cream or milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. almond extract

Small Batch:
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 drop of almond extract

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer and thin with additional milk to the consistency desired.
