1/4 c olive oil
4 thinly sliced garlic cloves
5 dried chilis or 1/2 tsp crushed red papper
1 lb raw shrimp
5 tbsp brandy
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/2 tsp salt
chopped flat leaf parsley

1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over meadium hear. Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until the garlic begins to sizzle
2. Add chilis or crushed red pepper flakes, cook, stirring occasionally, 1 min
3. Increase heat to high; add shrimp to skillet. When shrimp starts to turn color, about 1 min, stir in brandy and lemon juice
4. Remove from heat, and season shirmp with salt, stirring to combine
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
