5 apples; use 2 different types of apples (preferably Gala and Granny Smith)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 1/2 - 3 cups of flour
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 teaspoons of baking powder
Bundt cake pan
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cut apples into small squares.
3. Mix together apples, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Mix liquids first. Then add flour.
5. Mix the cinnamon, sugared apples with the rest of the ingredients.
6. Spray Bundt cake pan with cooking spray
7. Pour ingredients into pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour 10 min to 1 hour 30 min.
