½ cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp dried crushed red peppers
4 cloves garlic
4 to 5 fresh jalapenos
1 whole red onion
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, drained
½ cup carrots (as thickener)

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, combine white vinegar, crushed red pepper, garlic, jalapenos, onion, and cilantro; blend until smooth. Add in the drained whole tomatoes and carrots to thicken, blend until well combined. As this recipe makes a lot, you may have to blend all ingredients in small batches and mix together in a separate bowl to combine. If you like a hotter salsa, add more crushed red pepper or jalapenos.
