2 lbs. ground beef (I use chuck)
2 Tbsp oil
½ cup chopped onions
1½ cups chopped celery
1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste
3 of the tomato paste cans full of water
1 cup diced American cheese
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 cup sliced ripe black olives
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil and drain fat.
Add onions and celery and simmer 10 minutes covered.
Add tomato paste, water, olives, cheese, noodles and salt and pepper.
Simmer until noodles are cooked. May need to add a little water.

Long time favorite of my part of the Cain family. It may be made early and kept on simmer until served. It's even better the next day. Some like to add a little Tabasco.
