1-10 oz pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Townhouse crackers, crushed
1/4 c Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 9 or 8 x 11 inch glass dish. Combine cracker crumbs, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
Combine broccoli, cheddar cheese and soup. Spread in glass dish. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle crumb mixture over the top and drizzle with the melted margarine. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
