Ingredients:  
2 heads Escarole
Garlic Powder (or fresh is preferred)
Pasta
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
2 cups Water
1 small block of grated cheese cut into cubes
About 10 slices of American cheese (cut into pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Escarole, and break up into pieces (rip with fingers)
Place Escarole in pot with olive oil, Garlic powder, water
salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook until Escarole is tender.
Add your grated cheese cubes and American cheese until it melts.
Cook pasta or spaghetti (whatever you prefer) to your desired tenderness and
drain. Add to escarole top with cheese and enjoy.
