3 aubergines
2 gousses d'ail hachées ou ail en poudre
50 ml d'huile d'olive
2 cuil à soupe de fromage blanc (facultatif)
sel, poivre

Directions:
Directions:
Piquer la peau des aubergines avec une fourchette. Les mettre dans un plat allant au four et les faire cuire 20 à 30 mn au four à 180ºC/350ºF (selon la taille des aubergines). Les laisser refroidir un peu, puis les couper en deux et enlever la chair à l'aide d'une cuillère.
Mettre la chair des aubergines dans un mixer avec les autres ingrédients et mixer encore chaud. Rectifier l'assaisonnement selon le goût.
Laisser au moins 1 heure au réfrigérateur.
