1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c bananas (3-4)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 c wheat germ
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar, beat in eggs add bananas and lemon juice. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour in a Bunt pan or angel food cake pan. Bake 350º for 50-60 minutes
