2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 sticks margarine or butter
1 c. water
6 T. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 t. soda
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and salt, set aside. In small saucepan bring to a boil. Take from heat and add to dry indredients. Add sour cream, eggs, soda and vanilla. Batter will be thick. Pour into jelly roll pan that has been sprayed. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 375. Do not overbake. Frost immediately while hot.

Directions for frosting:
In saucepan stir 1/4 c. butter, 3 T. cocoa, 3 T. sour cream. Cook & stir until boiling. Remove from heat. Beat in 2 1/4 sifted confectioners sugar & 1/2 t. vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Pour on cake & spread quickly.
