Steamed Veggies (I use spinach, broccoli, carrots & mushrooms: 1 bundle spinach, 2 heads broccoli, 4-5 sliced carrots, 1 lb sliced mushrooms)
17 oz. Jar Alfredo Sauce
16 oz. Cottage Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
Bread Crumbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Follow same instructions as for traditional meat lasagna, (cook, drain and rinse noodles) just sub veggies for meat and Alfredo for red sauce.
2. If using bread crumbs place on top of each layer.
3. Add layer of Parmesan Cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1¼ - 1½ hours.
