2 c reduced fat Bisquick

¾ c low fat 1% buttermilk

1 c reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp light margarine

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp dried parsley flakes, crumbled fine

Preheat oven to 400º

Combine baking mix, milk and cheese. Mix by hand until well blended.

Divide dough into 12 equal portions. (about 5 Tbsp. each) and spoon onto sprayed baking sheet. Flaten each biscuit a bit.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until tops begin to brown.


In a bowl, combine butter with garlic powder. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave, then brush a light coating over the top of each biscuit immediately after removing from oven. Sprinkle with a dash of parsley over each biscuit.
