1 C butter
½ C sour cream
¾ C sugar
2 ⅔ C sifted flour
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream, yolk and vanilla and beat to blend

2. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix well

3. Load cookie press and spritz onto an ungreased cookie sheet

4. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes
