1 single pie crust, unbaked
3 c. fresh peaches, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
Nutmeg to taste
1 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the peaches, flour, sugar and nutmeg and put in the pie crust. Pour the cream over the peaches and gently move them around a bit to let the cream saturate the entire mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.

I'm not sure if this was Grandma DeJong's or Grandma Brumbaugh's recipe; but it's the best.
