3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 stick margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla


Topping:

1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick margarine
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes. Add egg yolks, margarine, milk, sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat whites until stiff and fold into potato mixture. Put topping on and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
