Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Recipe

2 dozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined - tails left on
1 to 1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced bacon

Marinade:
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c oil - olive or avocado oil
1/4 c rice vinegar or a good balsamic vinegar
2 t jarred, minced ginger
2 T ketchup
1/2 to 1 T honey
1/4 t cayenne pepper
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together for the marinade.
Marinate shrimp in the frig for 2 to 4 hours.
Put bacon in the microwave to partially cook. Cook until it’s about half done.
Wrap shrimp with bacon & secure with toothpicks. (On the smaller shrimp, you may be able to get by with 1/2 slice of bacon.)
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
