1/2 C. Medium Pearl Barley
1/2 C, chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth
1 small container mushrooms sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in a medium skillet barley, onion & butter until lightly browned.
Pour into baking dish, add beef broth.
Cover & bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
Remove from oven, add chicken broth & mushrooms.
Cover & bake for 90 minutes at 350º.
