1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1cup sugar
1/4cup baking cocoa
1teas baking soda
1/2teasSalt
1/4teas baking powder
1 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/3cup Canola oil
1lg egg
1cup miniature semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees 20 minutes
Whisk together first 6ingredients,in a separate bowl,whisk bananas,oil and egg until blended.add to flour mixture,stir just until moistened.fold in chocolate chips ,Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4. Full,bake until a toothpick,inserted in center comes out clean,20-25 minutes,cool 5 minutes before removing from pan,serve warm,optional,put on top,before baking sprinkle on top of filled muffin cups topping of1/2cup sugar,1/3c flour and1/2teas cinnimon,cut in 1/4cup cold butter is until crumbly and bake as directed
