1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen hash browns
3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cubed ham

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, milk, cream cheese and onions in a sauce pan over low heat.
Stir until combined.
Grease a 13 x 9 pan
Add frozen hash browns and ham to pan and cover with sauce.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove foil and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for about 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

With the ham this makes a meal. If you leave the ham out you have a very good potato dish.
