1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla

3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (I used the regular size)
Assorted graham crackers and/or butter cookies

Directions:

Mix together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars, stir in chips.
Cover and chill for 2 hours. Shape into a ball chill for 1 hour. Roll in chopped pecans (or what ever you like).
Serve with graham crackers and cookies.

I think you could add in some other items with the chips like: nuts, coconut, other flavored chips (butterscotch....)
