1 unbaked pie shell
1 c coarse chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c dark rum
4 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375ºF

1. Beat eggs until light colored and fluffy.
2. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and rum. Stir until thoroughly blended and sugar is dissolved.
3. Stir in pecans and butter.
4. Pour into pie shell and bake in 375ºF oven for 40-45 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
