Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 C flour
1 C skim milk
2 T butter, melted
Veggie spray
1 ---8 oz slice ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (about 2 cups)
1 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1/2 cup)

I have had to substitute with all kinds of cheeses and like all but grated cheese keeps it from rising correctly
I've also tried turkey and bacon and don't care as much for that.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Bake 25 min or until puffy nod golden

Beat eggs, flour, and milk together in bowl until blended.
Pour over the melted butter In a 10 inch round dish sprayed with veggie spray. I use pie pan or round cake pan but can't be too shallow or it will run over.
Sprinkle with meat cubes & cheese cubes.

Cut into wedges and serve with syrup

Personal Notes:
I found this is cookbook of meals to get kids to eat. I think I got it when Bekah was about 1 year old when we lived in Puyallup, Wash.
All my kids have asked for this recipe over and over. ( Really? They all have phones capable of storing) it's a fun one. Now Bekah ,Ames it for Benjamin so the tradition moves to the next generation.
