1 pound of cranberries
1 whole orange
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Using a food processor, chop the cranberries to a medium size. Don't over process. Put in a bowl. Remove the seeds and as much of the bitter white membrane of the orange as you can. Roughly chop, including rind and process. Add the orange to the cranberries and mix in the sugar. Stir together until well blended. Place in a covered bowl and refrigerate 2 days before serving.

Great served with turkey for the holidays. Bill loves it on left over turkey sandwiches. I've used less sugar and it's still great.
