2 envelopes Dry yeast
½ C quite warm water
1 TBS Spoon sugar
½ C Melted Butter
¾ C Potato Flake
½ C Sugar
2 ½ TSP Salt
3 egg yolks
¾ C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Use large bowl

6 C Flour (LATER)
Dissolve yeast in ½ cup of quite warm water
Add the 1 TBS of sugar
Stir well until dissolved

½ Hour then

Beat in 6 Cups flour – Cover let Rise 1 Hour
Punch down the dough – divide in half make 2 long rolls
Cut each roll into 18 pieces
Dip in melted butter
Place in pans cover let rise 20 to 30 mins

Bake in Hot oven 425 degrees for 15 mins
(sounds hollow when touched)

Remove from pan to rack & brush again with melted butter
