12 oz. Orecchiette pasta
2 bunches broccoli cut into small pieces
1 pkg. Italian turkey sausage
1/4 C. olive oil plus more to drizzle
4 cloves garlic crushed
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 egg
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 C. good grated parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, add broccoli last 2 minutes.
Reserve 1 C. of cooking water, drain.
Mix meat with bread crumbs, roll into small meatballs. Cook in 1 T. of olive oil over medium heat, turning until browned and cooked, 5-6 minutes, drain.
Remove drippings from skillet, add 3 T. olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, & 1/2 t. salt. Cook over medium heat, stir 1 minute. Add the pasta, broccoli & meatballs. Whisk the egg into 1 C. of reserved water, add to the pasta mixture & stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt & pepper.

To serve sprinkle with grated parmesan & drizzle with olive oil.
