3-4 lbs. Brisket
Garlic Powder to taste
1 can Beef Consomme
4 oz. Soy Sauce
1/2 sm. bottle Liquid Smoke
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 C. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix liquids with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over brisket and soak overnight. Bake at 250º for 10 hours.
