Ingredients:

3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1½ C. Salad Oil
8 oz. can Pineapple- crushed
2 C. Chopped Bananas
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Eggs- beaten
1½ tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Pecans- chopped

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs and salad oil and stir, don't beat.

Add and blend by hand the vanilla, pineapple, pecans, and bananas. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350º for 25-30 mins. Cool on rack.
 

ICING

8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
16 oz. pkg. Powdered Sugar
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Pecans- chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except pecans) and beat until fluffy. Smooth on cooled layers of cake. Add pecans on top of cake.
