1 C. Onion- finely chopped
1/2 C. Butter
6 tbsp. Flour
3 C. Milk
2 cloves Garlic- minced
1/2 lb. Cooked Ham- finely diced
1 lb med. Raw Shrimp- cooked
1/2 tsp. liquid Hot Pepper Seasoning
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Lasagna Noodles- cooked
1 lb. Large Curd Dry Cottage Cheese OR Ricotta Cheese
3/4 C. Stuffed Ripe Olives- sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese- shredded

Directions:
Sauté onions in butter until golden. Add flour and cook; stirring constantly until bubbly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Continue cooking until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat. Add garlic, ham, shrimp and hot pepper seasoning.

In 13" x 9" baking dish, spread 1/3 of sauce mixture. Top with 1/2 of noodles, a layer of Ricotta cheese, olives, 1/3 of sauce and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.

Add second layer of noodles, followed by Ricotta cheese, sauce, and ending with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 375º for 30-40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
