Salt and Pepper to taste

These Vegetables can be Fresh or Canned:

The amount of each ingredient depends on how much soup you want to make.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions in pot with some salt and pepper for seasoning. add tomatoes with liquid from the can (some water if they're fresh). Let simmer for a while (like 5-10 minutes). Add other veggies with their liquid from the can (if fresh add some more water). Add some salt and pepper and simmer for a while. If your veggies are fresh, this will take longer as you will need to cook until the carrots are tender. If using canned veggies, simmer at least an hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For a big pot of soup I use between 2-5 lbs meat and 2-3 cans of each veggie, except tomatoes, which I use 2-3 big cans. And, often I leave out the corn.
