Bernard's Barbecue Sauce Recipe

¼ cup oil
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. mustard
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil, add rest of ingredients, and simmer 10 minutes on low heat

Can use with hamburgers and roast beef (rump roast is ok) cut cooked beef in thin slices

For Barbecue spareribs

Boil ribs for 15 minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for ¾ hour covered with foil- add a little water

Uncover – brush with sauce
Cook 20 minutes
Turn over- brush with more sauce- cook another 20 minutes
Cook until done – total time- 2 hours
