Crust:
1 3/4 c. Wafer Crumbs
3 tbsp. Sugar
5 tbsp. melted Butter

Filling:
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Heavy Cream, chilled

Topping:
1/2 c. Heavy Cream
6 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bits

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Crust: Combine ingredients and press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool.

Filling: Beat Cream Cheese and Peanut Butter until smooth. Beat in Sugar and combine well. In separate beat the Heavy Cream until it holds soft peaks. Fold about 1/4 of Cream into Peanut Butter mix to soften it, then gently but thoroughly fold in remaining Cream. Mound the mixture into Pie Shell, refrigerate at least 4 hour.

Topping: In small saucepan, bring Cream to a boil, remove from heat and add Chocolate Bits. Let cool 15-20 minutes or until cool to touch. Chill 30 minutes or until topping is set.
