8oz. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. stuffed olives (sliced)
1 Tbsp. minced onion
10 oz. frozen peas (partly thawed)
3 to 4 c. diced ham

Topping:
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
Melt butter on stove top in a large pot.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
Gradually add milk while stirring.
Stir until thick and boil one minute.
Add cheddar cheese, olives, minced onion, peas, and ham; mix with macaroni.
Pour into a three quart casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining 1/4 c. cheese, bread crumbs, and 2 Tbsp. melted butter near the end of baking.
